This was an incredible opportunity for the girls, organised by St Andrew’s CAT and IT staff, Mrs Du Plessis and Mrs Holden, to whom the school is very grateful. Although not usually offered to schools, the girls were given a tour of Microsoft’s Education Centre. They were inspired by the wisdom of several speakers. The speakers included: Elizabeth Chacko (Microsoft career story), Lebogang Madise (Microsoft career story) and Andre Mills (Azure Core). Other speakers included Thavash Govender (Azure Data and AI), Paul Vermaak (Azure App Innovation), and Jonathan Hart (MTC Tour).
