- Mia Kriek (o.11) het algeheel 6de gekom in die land. Sy is die top o.11 atleet in die Wes-Kaap landloopspan.
- Anja van Heerden came 8th in the u.19 category and Helendé Kemp came 11th in the u.17 category.
- Helendé and Anja het ook ‘n silwer medalje in span verband gewen.

SA Cross Country Championships. Three of Paarl Girls’ High School’s cross-country runners recently competed at the SA Cross Country Championships in East London. Mia Kriek (u.11) came 6th overall in the country. She is the top under-11 athlete in the Western Cape cross-country team. Anja van Heerden came 8th in the u.19 category and Helendé Kemp came 11th in the u.17 category. Helendé and Anja also won a silver medal in team bond.
