The Pietermaritzburg Girls’ High School Choir, who competed in Pretoria at the ATKV Finals this weekend, have received the following awards, Best choir in the category for non-Afrikaans speaking high schools – Girls, Best performance of prescribed work in the category for non-Afrikaans speaking high schools – girls, mixed and boys’ choirs and Second place overall in the category for non-Afrikaans speaking high schools, which includes girls, mixed and boys’ choirs. Their overall score was 86,24%, and the first place winner’s score was 86,30%. We are extremely proud of our girls.
