schoolsthatrockSA Gimnastiek Kampioenskap. Tristan Vlok (graad 10) in Hoër Jongenskool Paarl, het 2 Oktober aan die SA gimnastiek kampioenskap te Gauteng deelgeneem. Hy het in twee van die roetines goud behaal. Verder is hy tans algeheel eerste in sy kategorie en beklee hy die eerste posisie in Suid-Afrika.
SA Gymnastics Championships. Tristan Vlok (Grade 10) in Paarl Boys’ High, took part in the SA Gymnastics Championships in Gauteng on 2 October. He won gold in two of the routines. Furthermore, he is currently ranked first overall in his category and ranks first in South Africa.
