On the 7th of September, Stulting Primary School had its first ever Coding and Robotics competition as an initiative where young coders and engineers can showcase what they have learnt this year as they build and code through different missions. Each mission was unique and tested their logic, rational, mathematical and technological skills. The competition saw 13 teams of 3 compete in a one and a half hour coding and engineering frenzy. Thanks to Slater’s Toy Shop in Fountains Mall and Nina’s Real Food for sponsoring prizes. We really appreciate it!
The students have made immense progress throughout the year and have learnt about fundamental coding terminology from grade 1 right through to grade 7 in a unique way. It is clear that we are creating future ready learners that can think and act within the 4th industrial revolution that will be a big part of their lives.
