schoolsthatrockPuma School of Speed. A number of Paul Roos athletes took part at the Puma School of Speed meeting held in Paarl on Saturday, 30 October.
Some of the excellent performances were:
- Barthelemy Bena-Ntumba won the U15 100m final in a time of 11.37s
- Luke van der Merwe won the U15 highjump with a PB of 1.8m
- Louw Smit ran a PB of 52.74s to finish fourth in the final of the U15 400m
- Harrison Gibson jumped a PB of 1.7m to finish fourth in the U15 highjump
- Storm Topley jumped 1.85 to finish fourth in the U17 highjump
- AJ Krynauw finished fourth in the U17 110m hurdles
- Jack Hutton jumped 1.6m to finish 5th in the U15 highjump
- Tiaan Swanepoel ran a 2:08.28 to finish 6th in the U15 800m
