Lyla participated in the SSA Regional Level 3 Champs North, and her wonderful results speak for themselves:
100m Butterfly – Gold medal and SSA SANJ time achieved (PB 1:19.04)
50m Butterfly – Silver medal (PB 34.24s)
50m Backstroke – Silver medal (PB 37.62s)
200m Individual Medley – Bronze medal (PB 3:04.13)
200m backstroke – fourth place (PB 2:57.29)
100m backstroke – third place in prelims (PB 1:20.62)
One cannot ask for more than a personal best in EVERY race, very well done Lyla!
