Lima Skole Atletiekkampioenskap. Merensky Landbou Akademie, Tzaneen, se atlete het op 15 Maart deelgeneem aan die LIMA Skole Atletiekkampioenskap wat by die Universiteit van Limpopo in Polokwane aangebied is. Die Plasie-atlete het indrukwekkende prestasies behaal.
Verskeie atlete het podiumplekke verower:
- Sven Hedin – 1ste 110m Hekkies | 2de 400m Hekkies
- Leandré de Lange – 1ste 90m Hekkies | 1ste Verspring | 2de Hoogspring
- JP Botha – 1ste Spiesgooi
- Arno Haasbroek – 3de Hoogspring
- Phetole Rampedi – 1ste 200m | 3de 100m
Met hierdie prestasies is die spanning hoog terwyl die skool wag om te sien watter atlete vir die SA Kampioenskappe sal kwalifiseer.
Merensky Athletes shine at LIMA Schools Championships.
Merensky Agricultural Academy athletes participated in the LIMA Schools Championships held at the University of Limpopo in Polokwane on 15 March 2025.
The Plasie athletes achieved impressive achievements.
Several athletes achieved podium places:
- Sven Hedin – 1st 110m Hurdles | 2nd 400m Hurdles
- Leandré de Lange – 1st 90m Hurdles | 1st | 2nd Long Jump and 2nd High Jump
- JP Botha – 1st Javelin
- Arno Haasbroek – 3rd HighJump
- Phetole Rampedi – 1st 200m | 3rd 100m
With these achievements, the tension is high as we wait to see which athletes will qualify for the SA Championships.
