Christmas Time
For Ermelo High School, and as for everyone, there’s something incredibly special and wonderful about Christmas time. For this very reason, the Errie Council tries to be quiet every year. Erries commemorates the good news and joyful message of Luke 2:10-11 each year. “Fear not, for behold, I bring you a good tiding of great joy. It will be for all the people. That there were born today in the city of David, the Savior who is Christ the Lord.”
Thank you to the Culture Chairs, Isabella Burgers and Leo Luyt, who took the lead in organising the event. Rev. Schalk Zastron, in his unique way, brought the Christmas time message. Erries’ own Marimba group, along with the choir and members of “Oh yes, let’s”, produced an excellent item.
Thank you for the special gift the staff received from the Errie board. The gesture and gift are precious to the staff!
From the Errie Council to every teacher and staff member: “May the Christmas season for each one be filled with the warmth and love of family and Jesus’ unconditional love. In this special Christmas season, may Erries give all glory to Jesus who is our greatest gift.”
