KDay Senior Netball. With the sun shining down and school spirit soaring, this year’s KDay netball showcase proved to be more than just a series of matches — it was a celebration of resilience, camaraderie, and raw talent on the court.
From the first whistle, it was clear that both DSG and Kingswood brought more than just players — they brought heart. The senior teams lit up the courts with fast-paced play, sharp coordination, and a genuine love for the game. Spectators cheered from the sidelines as every goal was met with applause and every interception sparked excitement.
Moments of brilliance
Throughout the day, moments of brilliance unfolded — from last-minute goals and nail-biting turnovers to supportive huddles and sportsmanship that went beyond rivalry. Coaches and peers alike offered encouragement that echoed across the grounds, creating an atmosphere charged with school pride and mutual respect.
As the sun dipped behind the trees, the final scorelines told only part of the story. What lingered were the high-fives, the shared laughter, and the kind of memories that school sport is meant to create. KDay once again reminded us all: it’s not just about the scoreboard — it’s about showing up, lifting each other up, and playing with heart.
