schoolsthatrockSPORTS AWARDS – 2017: Glenwood High School, Durban, held its Annual Sports Awards on Wednesday 18 October 2017.
Almost 200 awards were handed out on the night, showing why Glenwood sporting boys and coaches are regarded as some of the best in the Country. Their achievements were suitably acknowledged.
The Guest Speaker for the evening was Paul Anthony (Sharks U21 Head Coach). His speech was very inspirational.
The Glenwood High School Sportsman of the Year trophy was awarded Juan van der Mescht. JJ played SA Schools Rugby, KZN Athletics and Basketball for the school team.
Games Caps were awarded to the following boys: Jared Cass (Hockey), Jordan Clarke (Rugby), Jaden Hendrikse (Rugby), Conan Le Fleur (Rugby), Juan van der Mescht (Rugby), Slade du Randt (Water Polo) and Gabriel Stopford (Water Polo).
Congratulations must go to all Boys and Staff who received awards.
