Leo Cobianch (Form VI) has been elected the Glenwood RCL Chairman. His team members are: Sam Bowley (vice-Chairman), Connor Duncan, Sebastian Reinders (Treasurer), Kennedy Labani, Matthew Bruin and Lindo Shezi (Secretary).

The Representative Council of Leaners (RCL) is a high profile in the school. Each learner votes for their class representative that will then represent their class at meetings held every Tuesday and Thursday along with all the other class representatives from all forms, this meeting is then run by the chairman. In the meetings they discuss any issues that the boys have and what they want to do in the future. Any complaints or issues that are spoken about in the meeting, the chairman will then discuss it with the Headmaster and they will come up with a plan going forward
