Ermelo High School learner excels in English Olympiad

In early March 2020 Raees Tikly, grade 9 learner from EHS, participated in the DeBeers English Olympiad.
This Olympiad is a 3 hour open book examination based on a yearly theme with a prescribed anthology, where candidates critically provide written responses to the English exam questions with references to the texts prescribed for the Olympiad.
Raees received a silver certificate for the Olympiad. This is an exceptional achievement. Congratulations, Raees. The Erries are very proud of you, Raees!
