Camps Bay Primary excels in WC Surfing League

For the first time this year, Camps Bay Primary School entered a team into the Western Cape Inter-schools Surfing League.  The team did exceptionally and managed to finish off the season in third place, behind Llandudno and Ambleside.  The team grew in strength over the 10 events they competed in, and will be back next year to challenge for first place!

Nine times South African Surfing Champion, Roxy Davis, was in attendance at Camps Bay Primary School’s assembly on Friday, 18 October to hand over the bronze medals to the Camps Bay Primary School Surf Team. Team members for 2019 were Willie Esterhuyse, Ben Esterhuyse, Adam Faclier, Emma Wise, Alexander Wilson, Sasha Regnier and Max Marais.
