The following athletes did extremly well in the athletics that was held at Potchefstroom and Pretoria on 19 and 26 November 2022.
- Alrich Zietsman – 600m – 13th in Potchefstroom and 25th in Pretoria
- Johanthan Matthews – 600m – 2nd in Potchefstroom and 7th in Pretoria
- Pieter Nel – 80m – 14th in Potchefstroom
- Bella Rheeder – 80m – 15th in Potchefstroom
- Cara Rautenbach – High Jump – 1st in Potchefstroom and 4th in Pretoria
- Molemo Moloi – 100m – 1st in Potchefstroom
- Mickaile Kaptein – 200m – 4th in Potchefstroom
- Khahlebo Maqelepo – 100m – 6th in Potchefstroom
- Carla Britz – 1500m – 2nd in Pretoria; 800m – 1st in Pretoria
- Liesa Kruger – 1500m – 2nd in Potchefstroom and 7th in Pretoria; 800m – 2nd in Potchefstroom – 3rd in Pretoria
