Artistic Gymnastics African Championships. Trinityhouse Randpark Ridge – Continental Gymnastics Success.
Trinityhouse Randpark Ridge proudly congratulates Lila Du Plessis on her remarkable performance at the 19th Artistic Gymnastics African Championships, held in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
Competing against elite athletes from across Africa – including Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Senegal, and Cameroon – Lila represented South Africa with distinction, achieving outstanding results:
- 3rd place – Uneven Bars
- 5th place – Floor
- 6th place – Beam
- 8th place – Vault
Her contribution also helped the WAG Junior Women’s Team secure an impressive 2nd place in the team finals and 3rd place overall in the all‑around competition.
This achievement reflects Lila’s dedication, talent, and perseverance, and we celebrate her success on the continental stage.
