Lukhanyo Children’s Home
On a visit to Lukhanyo Children’s Home in Herschel last year the Interacters promised to come and paint their dormitories in 2020. Unfortunately with lockdown this has not been possible.
On 30 June Mrs Zizi Rens drove to Herschel on behalf of the Interacters and we were however able to deliver the paint needed for the rooms. The adults and children at Lukhanyo will now paint the rooms while still unable to attend school.
We also managed to take treats, food and clothing on this visit. Thank you to Aliwal Primary Land Service, Bokomo and the NG Kerk for their generous donations. We hope our Interacters will be able to visit Lukhanyo soon.
