schoolsthatrockAfrica Triathlon Junior Cup. Mia van der Veen, is a grade 11 learner from Sutherland High School, Centurion, Gauteng. She was placed second at the Africa Triathlon Junior Cup. It was held at the Troutbeck Inn Resort in Nyanga Zimbabwe on 2 April.
Mia completed the course in a time of 01:25:56. The course consisted of a 750m swim (1 lap), a bike ride of 20,334 km (3 laps) and a run of 5 km (2 laps). We are very proud of Mia’s results as this course is one of the most challenging Triathlon routes used for competitions. Sutherland High School.
