Die graad 7-leerders van Primêre Skool Fichardtpark het op Dinsdag, 31 Januarie, reeds Lees Hard Dag gevier deur in hul Engelse periodes vir die graad 1-Fichies storieboeke te gaan lees. 134 graad 7’s het gretig hul lywe storieman gehou en die 132 graad 1’s het behoorlik aan hulle lippe gehang.
Hierdie tradisie sorg jaarliks vir hope leespret, by groot en klein.
World Read Aloud Day. The Grade 7 pupils have already celebrated Read Aloud Day on Tuesday, 31 January, by going to read storybooks for the Grade 1 Fichies in their English periods. 134 Grade 7s eagerly held their bodies and the 132 Grade 1s duly hung on their lips. This tradition makes for loads of reading fun every year.
