Skole krieket. Hoërskool Swartland van Malmesbury se eerste krieketspan het Saterdag, 18 Januarie, teen Augsburg Gimnasium gespeel.

Swartland het die gasheer beperk tot 67 lopies met briljante boulwerk deur Du Preez Erasmus, wat ook spog met 5 paaltjies en Jean Beukes wie ‘n driekuns agter sy naam het.
