Water Polo National selections – Kearsney College

Water Polo National selections. Kearsney 1^st team water polo player James Pohl, has been selected as a non-travelling reserve for the South African Men’s Water Polo National selections U20 side. The tournament is in Zagreb, Croatia from 14 to 21 June.   

It is the first time in 29 years that the KZN men’s team has been crowned SA champions at the prestigious Currie Cup tournament.

Five other SA water polo selections from Kearsney are selected. They are Oliver Ludwig, Thomas Aylward, Thomas Francke and Levi Thom in the SA U17 Men’s side. Four players from one school in the SA team is an outstanding achievement. In addition, Dru Mills has been selected for the SA U15 team.
