U18 Baseball World Cup. SACS Student Heads to Japan for Baseball World Cup.
SACS is proud to announce that Grade 10 learner, Luca Orgill, has earned a coveted spot on the South African Under-18 National Baseball Team. This talented young athlete will therefore be representing his country at the prestigious WBSC U18 Baseball World Cup. The World Cup will be held in Japan.
The team departed South Africa on 1 September, indeed ready to take on the world’s best in a tournament that showcases the future stars of international baseball. They are expected to return on 15 September. They will be bringing with them not just memories, but invaluable experience on the global stage.

SACS is trots om aan te kondig dat Luca Orgill, ‘n Graad 10-leerling, gekies is as lid van die Suid-Afrikaanse Onder-18 Nasionale Bofbalspan. Hierdie talentvolle jong sportman gaan sy land verteenwoordig by die gesogte WBSC O18 Bofbal Wêreldbeker wat in Japan plaasvind.
Die span het op 1 September uit Suid-Afrika vertrek, gereed om teen van die wêreld se beste jong bofbalspelers mee te ding. Hulle keer op 15 September terug, met kosbare ervaring en herinneringe van ‘n internasionale toernooi.
Ons eer Luca vir sy toewyding, vaardigheid en sportmanskap. Sy prestasie is ‘n bewys van harde werk en passie—en ons sien uit na wat hy volgende gaan bereik.
