St Charles College learn to Swim in Scrummies

Tyler Dube (Grade 000) with Odette van der Merwe.

St Charles is excited and proud to announce that the Seals Swimming Club, has partnered with St Charles College to heat their junior pool and make available a qualified Learn to Swim coach on site. This means that the boys all have the opportunity to become water safe and develop their swimming skills right here on campus.

Swimming teaches children essential safety and skills that may one day save their life. Safety is the most important reason that kids should learn to swim.

“Odette van der Merwe, our coach, is a SCC parent and we look forward to confident boys in the pool, and a great partnership with Seals and Odette’s Swim School. – Mrs Liesl Meter (Head of the Pre-Primary School)”.
