St Andrew’s School for Girls: Celebrating our Class of 2020

My name is Ugochi Umah. I am in Farrar Grade 12. I started at St Andrew’s in Grade 0. My fondest memory at St Andrew’s is sitting on the Matric Lawns with my friends and having dance battles to random songs. The greatest skill I’ve learned from St Andrew’s is to always ask questions when I don’t understand something. Being curious and always asking questions makes it easier to get involved in new activities that you never thought you would ever do. Words of advice that I would give to the younger girls at St Andrew’s: Moments are passing us by, even while you read this. Seize these precious moments that you have. You’ll only wish that you could’ve taken advantage of it later.
