Proficiency Tie. Modelled on the historic ‘County Badge‘ tradition in England, the Proficiency Tie is an honour that has been awarded by College Headmasters for more than 50 years. This prestigious distinction recognises boys who excel as true all-rounders.
Points are earned across academics, sport, societies, and other extramural activities. It is carefully recorded in each boy’s personal Proficiency Tie booklet. To qualify, a candidate must achieve the minimum required points in each category before being considered for the award.
