PMR.africa Awards. Last week, the Safari Hotel in Windhoek hosted the annual PMR.africa Awards. The awards recognise outstanding achievement across a range of industries in Namibia. Windhoek Gymnasium, a Curro Select School, won the Diamond Arrow Award for Best Private School in Namibia. This year is the 17th consecutive year Windhoek Gymnasium won the award.
This accolade reflects the school’s continued pursuit of excellence in education and its role in shaping future leaders. The Diamond Arrow Award is based on the perceptions of senior government officials and corporate leaders, who rated institutions on their contribution to economic development, leadership, innovation, and overall impact.
Windhoek Gymnasium has taken the top spot among Namibia’s private schools, with its success credited to the collaborative commitment of teachers, learners and parents. The school is honoured by this recognition and continues to pursue excellence while positively impacting the lives of learners and the broader community.
