Outstanding Cambridge results 2024. Somerset College is incredibly proud of the exceptional results achieved by their Cambridge students in the November 2024 Cambridge International Examinations.

Advanced Level (AL):

Third of all subject entries earned a distinction.
Almost 60% of all subject entries resulted in a B symbol or higher.

Special congratulations to:

Morgan Phillips: 4 distinctions, including 96% in AL Mathematics.
Zoë Grobler: 3 A* with an 94% average.

As the Advanced Level is regarded as a qualification above the South African National Senior Certificate, these results are truly inspiring.

Advanced Subsidiary (AS):

28% Of all subject entries earned a distinction.
Nearly 60% of all subject entries resulted in a B symbol or higher.

Special congratulations to:

Victoria Still: 5 distinctions, averaging 92.4% with 98% for Mathematics.
Matthew Wellington: 4 distinctions.

Also, well done to Maria Datsenko, Yusuf Gangat, Kate Rankin, and Tiffany Rogerson, each achieving 3 distinctions!
