National All-Girls’ Festival. Eunice High School proudly participated in the prestigious National All Girls’ Festival 2026, held in Stellenbosch. Over three days, our learners showcased their talents across a wide range of sporting and cultural activities, embodying the true Eunice spirit of excellence, resilience, and camaraderie.
Day 1 Highlights
Cross Country
- Junior 4km (39 participants): Lisabelle Beukes – 9th, Zoë Morgado – 10th
- Senior 4km (51 participants): Mika-Leigh Strydom – 25th, Marga Franke – 35th
Debating
- Victories against the Swing Team and Rustenburg High. (Fun fact: Zintle Setlai and Karen Hung, part of the Swing teams, also performed exceptionally well.)

- Won 35–25 vs Wynberg

- Scheduled to play Danville for 9th position.

- Reached semi-finals, lost to Clarendon.
Art
- Gabi Turton and Matilda Underhay created inspired works.
- Matilda won “Best String Theory.”
MasterChef
- Eunice ladies impressed in the kitchen; winners to be announced.

Day 3 Highlights
MasterChef
- Eunice crowned winners of the 2026 All Girls’ Festival MasterChef competition!
Squash
- Lost vs Clarendon 4–14, securing silver.
Hockey
- Lost vs Collegiate 0–3, finishing 4th overall.
Chess
- Drew vs Collegiate 2–2 in Round 5, ending 6th overall.
Tennis
- Beat Danville 6–0, securing 9th place.
Art
- Gabi Turton received the Art in Motion Award for energy and engagement.
- Matilda Underhay received the Innovative Thinker Award for originality and unique ideas.
Netball
- Lost vs Collegiate 20–26, finishing 10th overall.
- Xania Wagner selected among the Top 10 players of the tournament.
Cross Country
- 6th place in Senior 4x1km Relay.
Public Speaking
- Mohau Magwentshu (junior) and Khanyisa Oni (senior) both placed 3rd in their categories.
Drama
- Eunice’s drama queens showcased their musical theatre piece with flair.
Heartfelt congratulations to every Eunice learner for their outstanding performances and for serving as proud ambassadors of our school. We extend sincere gratitude to our staff, coaches, and coordinators for their unwavering support and guidance.
A special word of appreciation goes to Rhenish Girls’ High for hosting and organising such a superb and memorable festival. Friendships were formed, memories made, and Eunice looks forward to returning in 2027.
