schoolsthatrockIn the first round of the speech competition, 4 of our Point learners took part. They are Mareli Schoeman,Marli Strydom, Elri Cronje and Marina Barnard. Mareli and Marli qualified to go through to the second round of the competition.
On International Museum day, 27 September 2017, the 2nd round of this competition took place at the Diaz Museum. The topic was “Should museums depict the unspeakable in South Africa’s history?”. Mareli and Marli spoke in favor thereof.
We are proud of Mareli Schoeman who achieved an overall 3rd and Marli Strydom an overall 2nd position in the region. The region includes Oudtshoorn and George.
