schoolsthatrockMTB. Die finale MTB fietswedren het tydens die vakansie in Brits plaasgevind. Hierdie wedren sluit al die top MTB fietsryers van Suid-Afrika asook die span van Namibië in.
Grey Kollege se span het het weereens uitstekend gevaar en ‘n algehele derde plek behaal uit die negentig skole wat deelgeneem het.
Adian Claassen het ‘n 5de plek in die skole Jeug wedren behaal. Hy het dit die volgende dag opgevolg met ‘n 2de plek in die Provinsiale wedren. Jean Jaques Holtzhausen het ook uitstekend gery en die 3de plek ingepalm in die Junior mans afdeling.
MTB. The final MTB cycle race took place in Brits during the holidays. This race includes all the top MTB cyclists from South Africa as well as the team from Namibia.
Grey College’s team once again performed admirably, earning an overall third place out of the ninety schools that participated.
Adian Claassen took 5th place in the schools Youth race. He followed that up the next day with a 2nd place finish in the Provincial race. Jean Jaques Holtzhausen also rode superbly, taking 3rd place in the Junior men’s division.
