Mandela Day. “A person’s most beautiful asset is not a head full of knowledge, but a heart full of love, an ear ready to listen and a hand willing to help others.”
At Saints they believe in community and so strive to celebrate “Mandela Day’ throughout the year. Giving to our community and those around us is part of our ethos and one of the pillars we hold dear. Term 2 was a busy one on the Community front!- 69 units of blood for the SANBS- 433 blankets for the Radio Rosestad Blanket Drive- Bags of personal items to Dr Blok School for their hostel learners – Library books to the MT Foundation for distribution to under resourced schools.- R11130 for Reach for a Dream Slipper Day.
Saints thank all their parents, staff, learners and community for helping them help others! “We will continue to serve those around us today and into Term 3!”
