Adam, what do you bring to the Ashton Family? My name is Adam Venter, and it’s my privilege to serve as Head of Oxford House. I pride myself on my courage to step outside my comfort zone and my ability to speak up when needed. I have always said that courage is the most important asset a person can have.
My goal as Head of House is to inspire courage in the students and help them showcase their strengths.
Poppy, what do you bring to the Ashton Family? My determination and passion for everything I commit to have been evident over the past four years at Ashton.
As Head of Oxford House, I intend to pass these qualities on to my fellow students. My goal is to encourage and motivate them, and to create an environment where everyone wants to be involved and have fun!
Head of Sport, Rosie Dixon and Jaiden Krambeck.
My name is Rosie Dixon, and I am honored to represent the Ashton family as Head of Sport. My commitment and dedication to sport during my time at Ashton have led to success on the field. However, I have many other important qualities that will help me fulfill my role.
I am approachable, friendly, and fun, and I intend to use these qualities to help grow the sports department and increase participation in all activities.
At Ashton, I believe there’s a team for everyone! I am excited to see Ashton’s sports department continue to shine next year.
Jaiden, what do you bring to the Ashton Family? Hello all, my name is Jaiden Krambeck, and as Head of Sport for Ashton. I am here to motivate and encourage everyone to give their all and strive for excellence.
I am always here if anyone is in need of support, both on and off the field. And if you ever feel down, let me be the person to lift you up.

Heads of Culture, Ella Backeberg and James Deeb
Ella, what do you bring to the Ashton Family? My name is Ella Backeberg, and as your Head of Culture, I strive to inspire and guide my peers in the Ashton family with my love and passion for culture.
I encourage them to grow, step out of their comfort zones by sharing their talents on stage, and make them feel that they truly belong in our family.
James, what do you bring to the Ashton Family? My name is James Deeb, and I have loved all kinds of culture throughout my life, including acting, dancing, playing instruments, and art.
I believe I can bring more attention and energy not only to the cultural side of Ashton but to the school as a whole. I also bring a sense of respect, as well as a fun side, to the Ashton family and hope to lead by example.

Head of London House, Matthew Sanders and Morgan Nel.
Matthew, what do you bring to the Ashton Family? My name is Matthew Sanders, and I am honored and privileged to represent Ashton International College Ballito as a prefect.
As Head of London, I will always encourage everyone with passion to aim for the best. I will be there to nurture and guide students in reaching their full potential.
Morgan, what do you bring to the Ashton Family? My name is Morgan Nel, and I will be your Head of London for 2025. From a young age, sports have been a central part of my life, teaching me invaluable lessons in discipline, dedication, and resilience. These experiences have shaped my approach not only to sports but also to leadership. I believe in the power of nurturing talent, particularly in our sports department.
I strive to lead with integrity, always choosing what’s right over what’s easy. Furthermore I am excited to support and inspire our new young sportsmen and sportswomen, and I look forward to welcoming the Grade 8s of 2025. I will also help them find their place in our sporting community and strive to create an environment where everyone feels seen and valued.

Zime, what do you bring to the Ashton Family? My name is Zime Khuluse and I believe that each of us has something distinctive to offer the Ashton family and that together we are much greater than our individual strengths.
I bring a passion for collaboration and a commitment to supporting my peers with great devotion and enthusiasm. Along with the prefect body, I strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, empowered and respected.
