Hoe eet jy ‘n olifant. Hoërskool Fichardtpark se drama studente weet hoe eet jy ‘n olifant.
How do you eat an elephant. Fichardt Park High School’s drama students know how do you eat an elephant. This little crew has a dream of one day having a functioning small theater space. In 2019 the learners started washing cars, Easter bunny projects, chocolate, condensed milk, lollipop, muffin and also cake sales. They also show what’s in them with one-man shows, prescribed scripts and other performances. In 2022, they also worked at Bossa and now they are selling handmade “scrunchies” to get bits of money together.
“We could already paint, put in chairs, tile and we also boast a beautiful sign outside the theatre, but now we dream of a new entrance and sound system.”
Please feel free to support the project by purchasing many scrunchies @R20 each. There are also another 16 “chair sponsors” available at R300 each.
