Head of McKenzie House. “Hi, I’m Kagiso Magasa, and I have the privilege of being Head of McKenzie House for 2026. I grew up in Centurion, Gauteng, and spent a few years at Dainfern College before moving to Cowan House for boarding in Grade 4. In Grade 8, I started at Hilton, and of all my school choices, I am extremely grateful that I ended up here.
In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, playing video games, catching up on extra work, and playing hockey.
McKenzie has a reputation for being a friendly house with a warm atmosphere. Going into 2026, I want to build on that and make McKenzie a true home away from home where respect is mutual, and hierarchy does not define us. Furthermore, I want every boy to feel like a brother under the same roof.
I also want the boys to take pride in being part of McKenzie and representing the house in all areas: cultural, academic, and sporting. I am excited to lead by example and guide the house on its ongoing journey of greatness.”
