Graham is well-known to the Glenwood family. He is a born and bred Durban boy, growing up on the Bluff where he was Head Prefect and Dux at Brighton Beach Senior Primary in 1980. He continued his leadership skills at Glenwood being appointed as Head Prefect in 1985 and also played 1st XV Rugby and 1st XI Cricket.
He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Commerce: Accounts and Economics, and was the Chairman of the Glenwood High School Old Boys’ Association from 2007- 2018.
During his business career he has worked at Chemical Specialities(Pty) Ltd for 4 years and then held the position of Financial Director at Merlog Foods (Pty) Ltd from 1998 – 2014. After a 15 month break, he moved on to Tandem Tyres (Pty) Ltd as the Chief Executive in 2015/6 and in July 2016 took up the position of Managing Director at Glodina, a division of KAP Homeware (Pty) Ltd.
He left Glodina in September 2018 and currently has business interests in KZN and Gauteng and has been assisting the finance team at the school for the past 18 months.
Graham is married and has a daughter.
