schoolsthatrockGlenwood’s Grade 9 boys attended a leadership and adventure camp this weekend, with boys at three different venues: one on Madsen’s field, one at Giba Gorge and one at Vetch’s Beach.
On the first day, the first group had a number of activities on the beach. These included sandcastle building, carrying a bucket of water over a distance with ropes and a nurdle clean-up.
All the while the boys had to look after Lulu and Gigi, two 10kg weights which were not allowed to touch the ground.
Lots were learnt and much fun was had.
