Inter-High Gala. 7 Records at Inter-High Gala.
The Inter-High Gala has been nothing short of spectacular for Eunice High School. Over the first two days, Eunice’s swimmers have delivered outstanding performances, breaking seven records—five of them by the phenomenal Leila Yazbek.
Today marks the grand finale, with 81 lanes across 31 heats in what promises to be an electrifying day of competition.
Day 1 – Finals
The opening day featured only finals, and Eunice swimmers rose to the occasion:

Day 2 – Prelim Heats
Day 2 was dominated by prelims, setting the stage for tomorrow’s finals. The only final contested today was the 400m Freestyle:
- U15: 1st – Zoe Morgado, 5th – Landri du Toit
- 17/O: 5th – Storm Harris

- 100m Freestyle – breaking the 2018 record of Eunice Old Girl A. Waddell

- Dayna van Niekerk – 50m Backstroke, surpassing the 2019 record
In just two days, Eunice swimmers have claimed seven records, with Leila Yazbek alone rewriting five. Their achievements have set the tone for what promises to be an unforgettable final day.
