In the thrilling landscape of the Pretoria Secondary Schools Cross Country League, Curro Hazeldean’s spirited boys’ team roared into third place. They cemented their stature as fierce competitors among the best 45 schools. The journey to excellence didn’t stop there though. As they replicated this extraordinary feat, clinching the third position at the Noord Vaal Schools Cross Country Finals.
The school’s girls team emerged as radiant stars too. They outshined all competitors in their relay competition at the Noordvaal Cross Country Championships.
Pierre le Roux, the Executive Head of Curro Hazeldean comments, “We are incredibly proud of our learners. They have demonstrated exceptional dedication, passion and perseverance throughout their cross country journey.”
Both competitions involved some of the best schools in the country. Included were Pretoria Boys High School, Tuks Sport, Midstream College and Afikaans Hoër Seuns and Meisies Skool.
