Kearsney College paddlers delivered an impressive performance at the Wembley College Interschools Canoeing Race this past weekend. The boys are showcasing determination and sportsmanship across age categories.
In the fiercely contested U18 division, Raine Scoular powered through to secure a commendable 5th place, demonstrating resilience against a competitive field.
The U16 race saw an exceptional showing from the Kearsney team, with Jack Sternberg clinching 3rd place, followed closely by Thomas Bishop in 4th, and George Sykes rounding out the top five. Their strong finishes reflect not only their individual skills but also the growing strength of Kearsney’s paddling programme.
This collective achievement highlights the dedication of both athletes and coaches and points to a promising future for canoeing at the College.
