schoolsthatrock“Battle of the Bikes”. Elizca Bester, leerder van Hoërskool De Aar, is gekies vir die algehele senior Noord-Kaap span. Sy het die naweek van 1 Oktober aan die “Battle of the Bikes” deelgeneem.
Dit was ‘n interprovinsiale wedren waar die Noord-Kaapspan teen die Vrystaatspan gekompeteer het. Elizca het die 50km, o.18-damesafdeling met ‘n tyd van twee uur en drie minute gewen!
Battle of the Bikes. Elizca Bester, learner of De Aar High School, was selected for the overall senior Northern Cape team. She competed in the “Battle of the Bikes” on the weekend of October 1.
It was an interprovincial race where the Northern Cape team competed against the Free State team. Elizca won the 50km, under-18 women’s division, with a time of two hours and three minutes!
