Andrews Preparatory School – ACE Curriculum

Andrews Preparatory School operates on the Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) curriculum which is established in over one hundred countries and has over 7000 schools world-wide. There are at present close to 350 schools and 1000 home schools in South Africa.

The school is based on 5 basic laws of learning:

  1. Students must be at individual levels where they can perform.
  2. Reasonable goals must be set.
  3. Learning must be measurable.
  4. Students require guidance & motivation.
  5. Learning must be encouraged.

We strive to bring education back to God, back to the Bible, back to basics, back to the individual

PARENT TESTIMONIAL:

“To Andrews Preparatory School

I want to take the time to say thank you for all you do for my daughter, Leila. The love and care that you as teachers put into the children shines through on their achievements. Leila used to look for every excuse not to go to school and since she started with you she wakes up each morning excited to go to school, it is so refreshing.

If anyone would tell me that you could teach a 5 year old how to read in only 6 weeks I wouldn’t have believed it and here I sit in awe that you actually did. It’s so nice to go out and have her read the street names to me or go to a restaurant and have her be able to read her own menu. I didn’t understand how the schooling worked, how you were able to teach the children without standing in front of them and talking them through the syllabus, how you could get them to learn something themselves and understand it. All I can say is that it works. Leila has achieved so much this year and is excelling. What’s so exciting is to know she’s done it at her own pace and hasn’t had to be held back for children that work slower or rush for children that work quicker.

Leila now implements her school routine at home, she sets her own goals and aspires to achieve them. I am so proud of her.

Thank You.

Regards

Dominic Ribeiro”
