Midmar Myl 2023. Nicke Ehlers en Heilene Meintjes van Laerskool Truida Kestell in Bethlehem, het Saterdag 11 Februarie aan die 50ste Midmar-myl deelgeneem. Dit was Heilene se eerste deelname aan die Midmar Myl.

Midmar Mile 2023. Nicke Ehlers and Heilene Meintjes of Truida Kestell Primary School in Bethlehem, competed in the 50th Midmar Mile on Saturday, 11 February. This was Heilene’s first participation in the Midmar Mile.
