SAJCC Skaak Kampioenskappe. Nege skaakspelers van Leeuwenhof Akademie, Bedfordview, het deelgeneem aan die SAJCC Skaak kampioenskappe.

Besonderse geluk aan Cathri Botha wat as bordwenner aangewys is met 5 uit 5. Drie van die leerders het ook gekwalifiseer om aan die geslote toernooi te gaan speel op grond van hul “Grand Prix punte.” Dan is daar ook vyf spelers wat nog die “Wild Card” gaan speel om te kwalifiseer.

SAJCC Chess Championships. Nine chess players from Leeuwenhof Academy, Bedfordview, participated in the SAJCC championships.

Special congratulations to Cathri Botha who was named plate winner with 5 out of 5. Three of the learners also qualified to play in the closed tournament based on their Grand Prix points. Then there are also five players who will still play the “Wild Card” to qualify.
