Four golf players represented Glenwood High School in Durban with pride and commitment at the Nomads School Championships. The participating boys were G van Vuuren, M Bruin, R Brynard and M Edwards. The Championships was hosted at Kloof Country Club on Monday 26 February. The boys were required to play 36 holes (2 rounds).
Exciting and skilful golf were on displayed after a 06:45 start. The best rounds, for Glenwood, were shot by M.Bruin (71) and G.van.Vuuren (72).
Glenwood was placed 4th out of 24 teams. This is an excellent result and I am truly proud of their achievement.
