schoolsthatrockWhat is leadership. Mr Flip Vorster (from True North Experiences) had an exciting training and development session with our Curro Council On Friday. Some of the topics he covered include: “What is leadership?”, “The different types of leadership” and the four pillars of Curro: “Child friendliness, Positive discipline, Christian values (ethics and morals) and Creative thinking”.
He emphasised the importance of laying a strong foundation on “how to lead?”. How we lead: “follow the rules”, “set positive trends”, “lend a hand”, “support the mission”, and “focus on others’ needs”.
Curro Durbanville Primary School looks forward to the amazing heights this group of leaders will reach during 2023!
