Union Preparatory School Preparing for Grade 1
The panic parents and children have about Grade 1 is mainly caused by the fear of the unknown.
To help alleviate these fears, Union Preparatory School hosted an information evening for all parents of prospective 2020 UPS Grade 1s on Thursday evening, 30 May. The evening’s purpose was to share advice with parents about how they could prepare their children for the big move from the playful games of pre-school to the more serious business of big school. The parents also had an opportunity to meet some of the school’s teachers.
After the evening’s speakers had shared their words of wisdom, the evening was concluded with delicious soup and bread.
Union Preparatory School extends a word of thanks to all the parents who attended.
