Union High School go for Recycling

We all know how important recycling is, and we all have a role to play in reducing our contribution to climate change by saving energy and precious natural resources.

Union High School has a robust recycling programme that is aimed at teaching the children the ins and outs of recycling from a young age, promoting recycling among the youth and shaping recycling habits that the learners will carry on to their adult lives. The newest addition to the recycling bins already stationed all over our campus, is a special recycling bin for plastic bottles. This bin, which stands 1.8m tall, is already filling up with bottles, and, apart from collecting recyclables, will serve as a visual reminder to recycle for the learners at the school.
