St Mary’s Waverley Hockey. Eunice High School, Bloemfontein, 1st hockey team was crowned champions of the St Mary’s Waverley Hockey Festival with a 1-0 win over St Mary’s in the final. Megan Pelser scored the penalty strike! The player of the tournament was awarded to Eunice’s own star, Taheera Augousti.

Another huge honour and accolade for our Eunice team. Megan Pelser was announced as the “Top Goal Scorer” at the St Mary’s Waverley Hockey Tournament.

32 Teams – 4 days – Unbeatable with no losses and only one draw. “We didn’t make the final in 2022 and were crowned champions the last time in 2005. What a way to end this festival! We are extremely proud of each player! Congratulations to coach Nika and the whole management team.
