St John’s D.S.G. won the Senior Girls’ Relay Gala against some tough competition at the University of KwaZulu-Natal on Wednesday, 7 March 2018. Also taking part in the gala were Pietermaritzburg Girls’ High School, Epworth School, St Anne’s Diocesan College and The Wykeham Collegiate. Mrs Cara Schirge, one of the St John’s D.S.G. swimming coaches, says, ” I could not be prouder of our swimming squad, who swam their hearts out, and encouraged and supported each other throughout the gala. We would also like to say a big thank you to our friends at the other KZN schools for the wonderfully competitive season of swimming.”
