This Chapel garden and fountain overlook the St Charles College Oval, as well as the greater city of Pietermaritzburg, in celebration of the incredible achievements of the 2019 St Charles College First XI.
The team won 21 consecutive matches across the 2018/ 2019 seasons. They were crowned both Inland and KZN Champions. Ultimately, they represented the Dolphins franchise at the National Schools T20 competition in Pretoria, where their excellent run continued and placed them in the final.
As a proud Cricket South Africa Blue Chip school, the team prize money was allocated to build this platform to inspire future generations of cricketers. This garden and fountain serve as a reminder of the power of teamwork and commitment.
